DCS was founded in 1990 by Gary Sherrell, a Tandem Technical Consultant. Early in his career, Gary experienced first hand the need for a consulting services firm to raise the bar and value their consultants as “clients.” This core value became the foundation of DCS and through our practice; DCS has grown to more than 300 IT Professionals across the country.
