Executive Staff
Sheri Sherrell, President
Sheri is responsible for the day to day operations of corporate headquarters in Austin Texas. Sheri comes to DCS with an extensive background in building corporate infrastructure and a fresh perspective of marketing strategies. Prior to joining DCS Sheri was responsible for navigating through government agencies for both product and service approvals. As the Co-Founder of Sentida Corporation, she successfully launched a revolutionary new product that required FDA approval and acceptance by the medical community. Her additional responsibilities included creating the necessary processes and procedures as well as creating the appropriate team to execute the business plan. Overseeing all aspects of the business, Sheri successfully expanded the operations. Prior to her role at Sentida, Sheri was the managing member of a large Real estate partnership managing all day to day activities.
Mark Thompson, Chief Financial Officer
Mark joined DCS in February of 1999. Mark is responsible for the overall financial performance of DCS. This includes monthly and year-end financial statements, income/payroll tax reporting, banking and other outside financial relationships. Mark also serves as the trustee for the DCS 401K plan. Prior to DCS, Mark served as the Vice President of Finance for OUM & Associates.
Sales/Marketing
Jennifer Young, Account Executive
Jennifer joined DCS in November of 1997. Jennifer is responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts in the Austin area, as well as developing new clients in the region. Jennifer and the entire Austin staff work closely together to ensure a seamless Sales Team. Prior to becoming the Senior Account Executive in Austin, Jennifer worked directly with the Vice President of Business Development and was responsible for contract execution and vendor management, in addition to being the second point of contact for client support and development.
Shannon Nipert, Account Executive
Shannon joined DCS in December of 1998. Shannon is responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts as well as developing new clients nationwide. Shannon and Jadi Lambro work closely together to ensure a seamless Sales Team. For two years prior to her role as an Account Executive, Shannon worked in support of the Sales team.
Jadi Lambro, Account Executive
Jadi joined DCS in January of 1995. Jadi is responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts as well as developing new clients nationwide. Jadi and Shannon Nipert work closely together to ensure a seamless Sales team. Jadi has performed many aspects of Sales, Recruiting, and Administration during her career at DCS.
Dale Jones, Remedy Sales and Consulting
Dale joined DCS in November of 2000.Dale is responsible for all of our Remedy Sales and Remedy Consulting engagements nation wide. Dale has been working with the Remedy Product line since 1994 as a developer and consultant. Prior to DCS, Dale worked for EDS for 11 years as a Systems Engineer.
Gerda Sessions, Government Business Specialist
Gerda joined the DCS headquarters in Austin during April 2004. She is responsible for developing the government business sector for DCS. Gerda brings to DCS 16 years government experience with positions in Procurement and the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program. She is certified by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing as a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) and by the State of Texas as Certified Texas Purchasing Manager (CTPM). Gerda’s understanding of the government procurement process is very instrumental when working with government contracts.
Recruiting
Rick Forrest, Senior Technical Recruiter
Rick joined DCS in October of 1997. Rick is focused on recruiting the best possible talent to assist both his consultants and DCS's clients in meeting their key objectives. Prior to DCS, Rick worked at Microsoft for nine years managing an internal customer support group, running day-to-day operations, and recruiting additional staff members. Following his tenure at Microsoft he worked for a Vendor of theirs as an Account Manager, responsible for Sales and Support.
T.J. Lambro, Senior Technical Recruiter
T.J. joined DCS in May of 1998. T.J. seeks out the best talent in the IT industry and assists them in finding challenging and rewarding opportunities at many client sites nationwide. Prior to DCS, T.J. worked for a consulting firm (AR/Focus, a former subsidiary of DCS) as a Remedy Technical Recruiter. T.J. attended Central Washington University and received a Bachelor Degree in Leisure Services.
Jaclyn Gardner, Strategic Technical Recruiter
Jaclyn started her career in IT Recruiting with DCS in 1998. She is responsible for building relationships with potential DCS consultants and assisting them in their job placement at strategic accounts for DCS nationwide. In addition she serves as the Consultant's point of contact while on a consulting engagement for DCS. Jaclyn attended Central Washington University and received a Bachelor Degree in Public Relations.
Jenelle Kircher, Recruiting and Sales Coordinator
Jenelle joined DCS in January of 2003 as our Director of First Impressions. In 2005, Jenelle was promoted to Recruiting and Sales Coordinator. Jenelle's primary focus is working with the recruiters to support them in finding quality candidates; preparing contractual documents for consultants; executing all background checks and drug testing required by our clients; and providing secondary support to the Sales Department. Jenelle is responsible for building relationships with potential DCS consultants and assisting them in their job placement through DCS.
Jessica Kelpsch, Technical Recruiter
Jessica joined DCS in Austin in November of 2006. As a technical recruiter, she is building relationships with potential DCS consultants and assisting them in their job placement at accounts for DCS nationwide. She is the Consultant's point of contact while on a consulting engagement. Jessica graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of the Fine Arts in Dance Performance.
Sallie Harer, Recruiting Coordinator
Sallie joined DCS in August of 2006. As Recruiting Coordinator, Sallie's primary focus is working with the recruiters to support them in finding quality candidates. Sallie is responsible for building relationships with potential DCS consultants and assisting them in their job placement through DCS. Sallie worked in high tech public relations and then in the cellular industry prior to joining DCS. She is a proud alum of Western Washington University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Communications and was a member of their first women's golf team.
Jennifer McCurley, Recruiting Coordinator
Jennifer joined DCS in Austin as a permanent employee in June 2008 after several temporary assignments for DCS. Jennifer's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Government team, including preparing new members of the DCS team for a successful assignment. In addition, Jennifer provides daily general support to the entire Austin Team.
Megan Crownover, Recruiting Coordinator
Megan joined DCS in December of 2009. Megan’s primary focus is working with the Austin Recruiting Team to support them in finding quality candidates. Megan is responsible for building relationships with potential DCS consultants and assisting them in their job placement through DCS. Prior to joining DCS, Megan worked in recruiting support for university career services. Megan attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Administration
Debbie Pangburn, Director of Office Operations
Debbie joined DCS in June of 1999. Debbie's responsibilities include the daily operations of the Maple Valley office, consultant payroll, health benefits, Trustee of the Company 401(k) plan and any other human resource issues. She is also responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections. Prior to DCS, Debbie worked as a Customer Services Manager at American Reporting Corporation for 10 years.
Ann Strickland, Office Administrator
Ann joined DCS in December of 1998 as our Director of First Impressions. In 2003, Ann was promoted to the Office Administrator of DCS. She is responsible for invoicing, vendor management, corporate travel, and working closely with our Director of Office Operations, Debbie Pangburn, on various operations issues.
Holly Hawker, Finance Administrator
Holly joined DCS in 1993 and has been involved in almost every aspect of DCS including Office Management, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Contracts Administration, Staff Development, and Event Planning. Currently Holly's focus is in Accounting and Finance.
Stacey Bowman, Director of First Impressions
Stacey re-joined DCS in September of 2005. As Director of First Impressions, Stacey is the first point of contact for clients and consultants. Stacey's responsibilities include managing the front desk, various support duties, maintaining inventory, celebrating client and consultant events, assisting with recruiting back-up, and many administrative tasks as needed. Stacey's past responsibilities at DCS included Administrative Assistant, recruiting, and vendor relations.
