We are here to help!
I’m looking for a job. Can DCS help me?
Yes. We focus on finding the best opportunities to fit your skills. DCS places people in three ways: contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
I have never used a recruiting firm before. How do I get started?
Most job seekers submit a resume or apply to one of the many jobs posted on our website to initiate their relationship with a DCS Recruiter. You can upload your current resume online at ‘Submit Resume’. Even if we do not have an opening posted that you would be a fit for, feel free to upload your resume or call and ask to speak with a Recruiter about what type of position you are looking for.
Why should I use DCS to find my next position instead of responding to job postings and advertisements?
DCS Recruiters submit your resume for positions not advertised to the general public. Our team can place your resume in the hiring manager’s hands to ensure it receives the attention it deserves. Unlike some other companies, our service is a free career resource.
In what types of jobs does DCS specialize?
We specialize in the placement of IT professions, including, but not limited to, healthcare, government services, insurance, financial services, and aerospace industries.
What kind of background or skills do I need in order to work with DCS?
DCS is pleased to work with job seekers holding various skills, accomplishments, and skill levels. From entry level to upper management, we can help you find the perfect career opportunity.
What companies or types of companies does DCS work with?
Our customers are Fortune 500, mid-market, and emerging companies. They represent a wide variety of industries including financial services, government services, communications, business services, energy and utilities, healthcare, and more.
What is the process once I submit my resume to DCS?
Once you register your information with DCS, a Recruiter will contact you for a quick discussion regarding your professional history, skills, and work preferences as well as answer any questions you have about DCS. The more we know about you, the better we can match you to your perfect employment position. From this point, you can expect a DCS Recruiter to contact you when positions suiting your area of expertise become available. This is just the first step in establishing a long-term relationship. It is in our best interest and our business to connect talented people like you with the right opportunity.
When can I expect to find a new position?
We cannot offer any kind of timetable, as there are many variables outside our control. Your placement depends on what our clients are seeking, and as much as we wish we could predict all of their needs, we simply cannot. Your Recruiter will contact you as soon as a suitable position becomes available.
Can DCS help me find a new position whether I’m looking across the country or in my own city?
Yes. DCS works with companies located throughout the United States. We will discuss your preferences in our initial conversation and enter that information into our search criteria for any future opportunities that fit your requirements.
